Rexdale has a very different feel from many of Toronto’s central west-end neighbourhoods, and for the right buyer, that’s a big part of the appeal. For shopping and entertainment, there are several commercial areas throughout Rexdale and the surrounding part of Etobicoke. Woodbine Racetrack and Casino Woodbine are nearby, along with the International Centre and plenty of additional shopping and services around Rexdale Boulevard, Albion Road and Highway 27.

Being close to Pearson Airport is another major convenience, particularly for anyone who travels regularly or works in the airport and surrounding employment areas. Highway 401, Highway 427 and Highway 409 are all nearby as well, making Rexdale particularly convenient for people who need to travel around the GTA by car.

From a real estate perspective, Rexdale can be an interesting option for buyers who prioritize space and are willing to look farther from the downtown core.
