Summerhill is one of those neighbourhoods that feels polished without feeling too formal. It has beautiful tree-lined streets, historic homes, great restaurants, cafés and some of the best independent shops in Toronto, all within a short walk of downtown.

There’s also plenty of green space nearby. David A. Balfour Park is just south of the neighbourhood and connects into the ravine system, while Rosedale Park and Moore Park Ravine are close by.

Transit is one of the biggest advantages. Summerhill Station is right in the neighbourhood, and Rosedale Station and Bloor-Yonge Station are also nearby.



You’re also close to some of Toronto's best attractions, including the Royal Ontario Museum, Yorkville and the University of Toronto.
